分辨 22 張大牌、40 張數字牌與 16 張宮廷牌，找到自己的學習起點。
78 張牌的三種尺度
大阿爾克那用愚者、皇帝、隱者等角色與場景，呈現選擇、秩序、探索等較大的主題。小阿爾克那把焦點拉近到一段對話、一項工作、一種感受或資源安排。這是閱讀尺度的差異，不是重要程度的排名。
小牌分成權杖、聖杯、寶劍、星幣四組。每組有 Ace 到十，以及侍者、騎士、皇后、國王。先認得這個結構，遇到陌生牌時就能從「哪一組、哪個階段、畫了什麼」開始。
本學堂使用的圖像語言
這套課程以 Rider–Waite–Smith（偉特系統，RWS）圖像為主。Pamela Colman Smith 的情境式小牌，讓人物、動作與空間成為學習線索。你會先學觀察，再將觀察接到牌義。
馬賽、托特與其他牌組的編號、命名及象徵安排可能不同。換牌組時，先讀該牌組的說明；本課所教的觀察方法可以沿用，特定對應則要重新核對。
先完成一次小閱讀
選一張你有感覺的牌，依序寫：我看見什麼、它讓我想到什麼、它與問題有何關係。第一句描述畫面，第二句提出聯想，第三句才是解讀。把三句分開，會更容易看見自己的推理。
完成後再打開牌義頁，找出一處吻合和一處差異。差異不必急著刪掉，先檢查它是否有畫面或情境支持。這就是建立個人讀牌語言的起點。

Meet the deck
Distinguish 22 Major Arcana, 40 numbered cards and 16 court cards, and choose a starting point.
Three scales within 78 cards
The Major Arcana use figures and scenes such as the Fool, Emperor and Hermit to explore broad themes: choice, structure and searching. The Minor Arcana bring attention to conversations, tasks, feelings and resources. This is a difference of scale, not a ranking of importance.
The four suits are Wands, Cups, Swords and Pentacles. Each contains Ace through Ten plus Page, Knight, Queen and King. When a card is unfamiliar, begin with its suit, its stage and the scene it shows.
The image language used here
These lessons focus on Rider–Waite–Smith (RWS) imagery. Pamela Colman Smith’s scenic Minor Arcana make figures, gestures and space useful learning clues. You will begin with observation, then connect it to interpretation.
Marseille, Thoth and other decks can differ in numbering, names and symbolic arrangements. When changing decks, consult that deck’s guide. The observation method travels well; specific correspondences need checking.
Complete one small reading
Choose a card that catches your attention. Write what you see, what it brings to mind and how it relates to the question. The first sentence observes, the second associates and the third interprets. Keeping them separate makes your reasoning visible.
Then open the meaning page and identify one agreement and one difference. Before discarding the difference, check whether the picture or context supports it. This begins a personal vocabulary of reading.
