Knights move in different ways

The Knight of Wands pursues adventure and momentum; the Knight of Cups follows feeling and ideals; the Knight of Swords emphasizes decisive speed; the Knight of Pentacles values reliable execution. Their common activity is pursuit; their aims and methods differ.

With two Knights in a project reading, compare speed with commitment and ideals with detail. Reading the interaction moves the question from “what kind of person?” to “how do these roles work together?”

A role can change with context

The same person may be a Page in a new field and a King in an established one. Identify the context, then describe the role’s skill, blind spot and effect. This is more useful than a permanent personality label.
